Malessa has many years experience working with individuals from different backgrounds and ethnicity. She has been a licensed Immigration Consultant since 2023. Coming from the Nature Isle of the Caribbean, the Commonwealth of Dominica, Malessa is also an immigrant in Canada who understands how difficult and complex it can be. From deciding if Canada was the right chocie for her, going through the complex immigration process, to learning to adjust herself living in a multi-cultural country, with her closest friend in Canada being from Rwanda, Africa.

Malessa has already assisted many clients in successfully obtaining aprovals with their applications through temporary residency and also permanent residency. Many of whom are still in contact with her, which shows and highlights her dedication & passion in building long term relationships with her clients, while also providing an excellent customer experience.

When she is not working, Malessa enjoys listening to music, traveling and spending quality time and creating memories with her family.
